We are a Unique Boutique property with 360′ Stunning views of the  Sea Harbour, Marina, Upper harbour and the beautiful bush behind.. Dazzling Sunrises and Sunsets.

You will run out of film whilst staying at this magnificent property. Your hosts Denise and Jim are lovers of art and music as you will see all over their beautiful property. 3 suites to choose from.

The gardens are  beautiful and you can go down the back through the shell paths to a love seat.

Jim and I have been together since the young ages of 14 and 17 so have some great stories to tell. Jim is a wonderful musician and is happy to share his love of music.

We love happy hr as do our guests where you are given a complimentary bottle of Champagne or wine of your choice from our collection in the wine cellar, along with and antipasto platter. We supply beach towels beach umbrellas and beach blankets in the suites

All suites have complimentary robes tea and coffee facilities.

Stunning Views Suite has its own en-suite, Private TV room and own personal access. Outdoor patio,beautiful outdoor furniture. Upstairs within our home but still very private is the Harbour. View Room with own private deck, bathroom with bath and sep toilet.

Jim and Denise have a passion for cooking and dinners are available on request. We are a short walk to the beach, shops and cafes.
